The ENG is Villbrygg's orange wine moment except there's no grape in sight, and it's doing something entirely its own.

The base is wild-harvested meadow botanicals from the Norwegian highlands, and the color tells you everything: somewhere between apricot and iced tea, with a haze that signals something foraged and fermented rather than manufactured. The aromatics are herbal in a way that's hard to place if you didn't grow up foraging in Scandinavia. Fennel-adjacent, coriander-adjacent, but not quite either. They hover in the background rather than announcing themselves, which is the point.

Let it open up in the glass. As the bubbles settle, the whole thing shifts toward black tea, drier and more structured, with a quiet depth that wasn't obvious on the first pour. There's a touch of sweetness early on, barely noticeable and gone before you look for it.

Pair it with a bright salad, anything from Southeast Asia, or honestly just pour it cold and eat potato chips on a bean bag chair.
