Jasmine Green is the easiest sell in the shop. Smell it once and you'll understand why.
The nose is intensely floral in a way that shouldn't work but completely does. Exotic, candy-adjacent, and entirely legit — no artificial anything, just jasmine doing what jasmine does when fermentation gets involved. There is no other nose. Only Zuul. You could smell this all day.
The bubbles are real and present, not shy like the Snow Chrysanthemum but not trying to be Champagne either. Somewhere comfortable in between. The palate is delicate: a whisper of tannin from the green tea base, the slightest touch of sweetness, and a clean finish that resets the glass for another sip.
Here's the pairing revelation: curry. Any curry. Wine falls apart with curry and everyone knows it and nobody talks about it. This doesn't. The floral intensity matches the spice, the light sweetness plays off the heat, and the whole thing makes sense in a way that a Gewürztraminer wishes it could. Problem solved.
