LYSERØD is the most Champagne-adjacent bottle in the shop and it's not particularly close.

The color is a delicate light pink and the nose opens with red berries, red apples, and a hint of hibiscus — fruit-forward but not sweet, the way a good Champagne rosé leads with fruit and then pulls back into structure. The palate is dry, driven by oolong tea that gives it real grip and complexity, with Silver Needle white tea smoothing the finish into something round and elegant. Light bitter fruity notes on the close, like the best kind of aperitif.

Pour it with oysters, seafood, or anything where you'd normally reach for a rosé Champagne. It handles the table the same way and then doesn't get you wasted so you can pop the actual Champagne with the dessert. Done!
