BLÅ is the one that gets people. You hand someone a glass without explaining what it is and watch their face try to figure it out.

The nose is jasmine, chamomile, and honey with a whisper of citrus underneath — intensely aromatic in a way that reads as exotic without being strange. The tea is doing all of this without announcing itself, which is exactly what Jacob Kocemba built it to do. The palate is round and lightly sweet, with good acidity keeping everything honest and fine bubbles that behave like Champagne.

Pair it with spicy Asian cuisine, oysters, or a fruit-forward dessert that isn't too sweet. It also works as the bottle you open when you want something celebratory but unexpected.
